What CraftDesk Collects

• Account email, beta access status, and basic workspace settings.
• Business profile details such as shop name, maker name, home base, category, website, phone, and reply-to email.
• Show planning records, deadlines, organizer details, booth notes, display setup assignments, prep checklists, and reminders.
• Inventory, product, packing, sales, recap, lead, contact, and follow-up information entered by the vendor.
• Beta feedback and app usage signals vendors choose to send during the founding beta.

How It Is Used

We use this data to run the CraftDesk app, keep each vendor workspace separated, send sign-in links and manually triggered follow-ups, provide support, improve beta workflows, and protect the app from misuse. We do not sell vendor or customer lead data.

Storage And Access

CraftDesk uses authenticated workspaces backed by Postgres. Production access is limited to the CraftDesk operator and approved systems needed to run the beta. Demo seed/reset tools are intended only for local, preview, staging, or demo data.

Deletion And Support

To request an export, correction, or deletion of your CraftDesk workspace data, contact Brian through your beta invite thread or email support@craftdeskapp.com.
